Our graphic design days allow us to spend the entire day dedicated to you. It helps you get something (or multiple things) done in a day rather than spending weeks creating it. With our focus on you for the entire day, we can make magic happen!
As a business owner, you’re a busy person. You’re juggling lots of things and have a lot on your plate, and you just can’t seem to keep up with the design work that needs to get done. Maybe it’s one of those things that’s been nagging at you for weeks, or maybe it’s something new that your know you need to create but just can’t find the time. Either way, we’re here to help! We’ll take care of all of your design needs, and get everything on your wishlist done in a day!
Design Days are designed for businesses with an existing brand identity and/or website who are needing additional collateral. Unfortunately we are unable to complete branding or new website projects during a design day.

- Contact us to schedule your Design Day. Please ensure to book a day that gives you enough time to complete the required pre-work (typically 2-4 weeks ahead). You’ll also need to be virtually available during that day to review designs or answer any questions.
- Once you’ve booked your date, we’ll contact you by email within 48 hours with our contract, invoice and project brief questionnaire. The full invoice needs to be paid before any design work begins.
- Where needed, we may reach out to book a quick pre-call with you before your Design Day to go through your project brief and give you an expectation of what can be accomplished during your Design Day.
- During your Design day, we’ll be dedicating 100% of our time to your design projects. Please ensure that you are virtually available on that day to answer any questions or review any work. At the end of the day, we will send over all of the completed work as well as instructions on how to access and use everything.
- After your Full Day Design Day, we’ll provide 1 hour of revisions for any final touchups.
Please note, our design days are not able to be used for large scale projects such as branding and website design. If you are interested in a full brand or website then please take a look at our branding and website services.
I will work as hard and as fast as I can to get through everything we’ve noted in our pre-design day communication. I can’t guarantee I will get through everything but I will absolutely try my best. If we don’t finish everything you can always book in another half day to finish up.
- Half Day (4 hour) Design Day from $700 + GST
- Full Day (8 hour + 1 hour follow-up if required) Design Day from $1200 + GST
I highly recommend Claire and Flamingo Creative. Claire was able to pull a very thorough brief out of the myriad of ideas and action items I had rolling around in my mind, and put it into something beautiful and so me… First time… I value her work, her advice and her creative genius so much. That’s why I keep coming back time and again as my business grows. – Marley, Jade Room Healing
